KSOP Summer Camp 2021 — Operations Lead
Introduction
I participated as an Operations Mentor for the 2021 KSOP Summer Camp, responsible for coordinating the overall program schedule and managing participants. This year, I had the honor of serving as host for a special lecture by Chairman Chang Byung-gyu of Krafton. I was particularly struck by how actively he encouraged interactive engagement with the students.
Taking on the "operations" role for the first time taught me how much invisible effort goes into making an event feel seamless — a lesson I've carried into every team project since.
2021년 KSOP 여름 캠프의 운영 멘토로 참여해 프로그램 전체 스케줄 조정 및 참여자 관리 역할을 맡았습니다. 특히 크래프톤의 장병규 의장님께서 특강에 와주셨는데, 사회자로 참여할 수 있어 영광이었습니다.
