KSOP Summer Camp 2023 — Assistant & Host
Introduction
This summer camp, I participated as an assistant organizer and moderator. Unlike previous camps — where I held one of the most significant roles among the program mentors — this time I took on a supporting role, which gave me a new perspective on what it takes to keep a complex event running smoothly behind the scenes.
It reinforced how essential soft skills and quiet coordination are to making a program feel effortless to participants.
이번 여름캠프에는 운영 보조 및 사회자로 참여하게 되었습니다. 운영 멘토 중 가장 비중이 큰 역할을 맡았던 이전 캠프들과 달리 보조 역할을 하면서 다른 사람들과의 소통을 매끄럽게 하는 것의 중요성을 알 수 있었습니다.
